We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on shared web hosting accounts, excluding domain registration fees and addons. If you are not satisfied with our service, please cancel your account within 7 days of signup via the billing control panel and contact us.

We do not offer any form of refunds on our VPS servers, or any kind of Dedicated or KVM.
